Percussion like any deep tissue massage is ideal after a long day on your feet, after training, races, competitions and fitness events.

Most people have a favorite attachment but mix and match as you wish.

It takes 10 minutes to go from “oww” to “wow”!

Percussion massage makes your recovery after training or performance quicker by loosing tight muscles and helping your body flush the lactic acid (responsible for muscle soreness) out of your muscles.

We have attachments for most major muscle groups but your should avoid sensitive, delicate spots like your eyes.

Not everyone is right for percussion. You should consult your physician before using percussion. These folks are not suited: Deep Vein Thrombosis, Vascular Disease, Atherosclerosis, Congestive Cardiac Failure, Thrombophlebitis, Embolism, Pulmonary Edema, Deformity of the Limbs, Gangrene, Skin Grafts, Infected Wounds, Cellulitis, Dermatitis, Malignancies of the Leg, Bone Fracture or Lymphangiosarcoma, pregnant or breast feeding people, people with nerve damage, nerve conditions or nerve injury, people with skeletal damage, skeletal conditions or skeletal injuries, people with bleeding, people with bruising or conditions related to bleeding or bruising.

You can do all treatments yourself and as we are not licensed massage therapists we cannot assist with your massage.
