You can explore the healing properties of the dense, calm salt water ten times saltier than the Dead Sea which floats your body in near-weightlessness or you can invigorate your senses by the kiss of a polar breeze for boundless energy.
Our wellness center inspires regeneration of your mind and body by bringing them into balance allowing for the deepest relaxation possible.
Float Stafford is a woman-owned small business that began in 2021. We opened our first location in the heart of the 610 North Stafford, Virginia shopping district to give our busy community a place to relax, recharge and renew their bodies, minds and spirits. We started with cryotherapy (whole body and localized), open float tank, float pod, infrared sauna, NormaTec compression, Therabody percussion, Red Light Therapy and oxygen bar.
Being in a float tank is totally different to any other experience. While it varies from person to person, most people find that they experience extreme peace and relaxation, calm and clarity, the mind and body.
